1. What are refurbished?

By Refurbished, we mean products that have been used (by LEASING) and have undergone a process of reconstruction by authorized refurbishers during which all any defective parts have been replaced and repainted.
The specific products are not sold in their original packaging and have a one (1) year warranty from authorized refurbishers.

 

2. Do you not have new PCs?

At our site you will also find new computers and general IT products.

These products are marked (NEW-New) both in the description and in the photo of the product.

You can also ask us and we will send you an offer even for items that do not exist on our page.

 

3. What are exhibition products?

The exhibitions are products that were in shop windows, whose original packaging has been damaged and have a 1-year warranty and in several cases by the manufacturer himself.

 

4. Can you send me photos of the product?

Unfortunately it is not possible to send photos as all products are in the warehouses packed and ready for shipment, and come out of their packaging for further inspection upon request.

So even if we open a product from its packaging to take photos, it will not be the same as what you will receive in case of an order.

All our products are GRADE A which means that they do not have bumps, as they are painted and have a 1 year warranty.

Also in case you place an order and the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days and we will refund your money.

 

5. Can I pay by cash on delivery? I am not sure that the product I will receive will be in good condition.

COD is not available as a service.

However, all our refurbished products are GRADE A, which means that they are in perfect condition without bumps and are well packaged and painted.

Also in case you are not satisfied with what you would receive, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days and we will refund your money.

 

6. Can I pay in installments?

Of course you can pay in installments!
Now stockpc.gr provides the possibility of payment by credit card, from 2 to 24 installments for amounts over 100 €.

 

7. The product I received does not meet my expectations. Can I give it back to you?

Of course you can return it to us within 14 days. Consult the Terms of Use (par. 13) on our page to be informed about the process.

 

8. What does your guarantee cover me for?

This warranty covers you exclusively for the Hardware and all the parts that make it up. For more information, consult the Terms of Use (par. 14) on our page.

 

9. What are the "Search Filters" on the product page?

"Search Filters" is a tool that we provide on our page to find a database of features of the computer that suits you.

 

10. I saw a computer that interests me but I want a little different features. Is it possible?

Of course! You can use the extra item options we provide in our products (extra hard, extra memory etc.) or contact us to send you an offer with the specific features you request.

 

11. I bought a computer with Windows Refurbished license. How can I activate it?

On the computer you bought you will find in a prominent place the sticker of the Refurbished Windows license which you will have to scratch lightly to reveal the whole key (Product Key) for the activation of the operating system.

Win10 MAR

The Operating System (in case you buy with your computer) is Legally pre-installed and at the first opening (starting the computer) it asks you for the above key (Product Key) to activate the operating system.

 

12. Can you issue invoices for Article 39a products?

Of course we can, as long as you send us the registration details of your business from the site of www.gsis.gr to see if it falls under article 39a, according to which you are not charged VAT.
